It is important to consider your guests’ experience when booking your event venue. Our modern, blank space, of a venue is located right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail in downtown Greenville. Making it easy for guests to walk to the venue, park in reserved parking lots, or find parking at the nearest parking garages. When working with a premiere venue like The 405, you receive access to our in-house tables, chairs, and soft seating. We welcome all approved event vendors to work in our space. Our staff is more than happy to recommend event professionals from our preferred vendors list. We have worked with these folks for a very long time, and trust that they will provide you with excellent service. For catering, you have the luxury of working with our Exclusive Caterers. They are familiar with our space and can handle large scale events. Table 301, Southern Way Catering, White Wine & Butter, Holmes Catering, Happy Valley, and Good Life Catering offer a wide array of menu selections, international cuisine, and budgets.
