All weddings require a 14-hour time block. A $500 ceremony fee applies for on-site ceremonies.
There is a 10% room rental discount for events hosted in January, February, July, and August.

All venue rentals include the use of our tables, chairs, and equipment. This includes:

• Thirty-five 60" round tables
• 375 banquet chairs
• 375 white garden folding chairs
• Six 8' rectangle tables
• Four 6' rectangle tables
• 12 high-top cocktail tables
• One 48" round table
• Three 8' bars
• Soft seating
• Patio furniture

Services
Venue rentals also include:

• Layout creation
• Coordination of additional rentals as desired
• On-site venue manager
• 2 security staff
• Dressing room access
• Parking procurement (parking options vary)
• Golf cart shuttle to and from designated parking lots. We do recommend adding on a shuttle bus as well, which runs $800-$1,000.
• Catering prep kitchen
