How much does the venue cost?
Due to it's large size, The 405 is well-suited for larger events. Our Room Rental starts at $3,000 for a weekday, $5,000 for a Friday or Sunday, and $6,500 for a Saturday. We see most of our weddings have a total budget of $35,000-$200,000+.
How many hours do I get the space for?
We offer 8 or 14 hour blocks of time. That rental time must include all vendor set-up and break-down. Weddings require a 14 hour block.
How do I book?
We love showing off our space! The first step to booking is to click here to fill out a contact form. We'll invite you to tour the space, either in person or virtually. From there we'll get your event details put together and give you a custom proposal. If everything looks great we'll send over an electronic contract. Your first payment of 25% will lock in your date.
Where do guests park?
The 405 is located in Downtown Greenville, offering quick access to neighboring hotels, restaurants, and nightlife. We have relationships with several nearby parking lots we can reserve for your event. Once those lots are full, guests are directed to park at our nearest parking garages on River Street and enjoy a brief walk up the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We are also happy to recommend Southern Valet for shuttle services. Digital parking maps are provided to all events.
Do I need event insurance?
Yes, we do ask that all of our events have a valid Special Event Insurance policy with The 405 listed as an additional insured. While The 405 has general liability insurance, this insurance will provide the host with an extra layer of protection should anything happen. You can purchase a policy through your homeowner's or business insurance policy, or get one online through Eventhelper.com.
